Middle note is a little flat in shape but final note is very similar to standard (right-most example of COFL Phrase 2). Overall, close to COFL.

This single specimen of Song Phrase 3 from this bird is so faint that it's difficult to characterize, except that the frequency is not much above typical COFL range.

Close to COFL, the absence of a break being the main deficiency. Because the terminal frequency is lower, this is a bit more COFL-like than Territory 9's. On the other hand, this one clearly sounds continuous, while the latter does not. The frequency range sounds as well as looks right for COFL.
